Occam Real Estate has finished its acquisition of first phase of office building Business Centrum Tesla in Košice.
Office project with 17.650 m² GLA is occupied by german IT company Deutsche Telekom IT Services.
Through its daughter company Tesla One, OccamRE has acquired 50% share in BCT1. Occam Real Eestate has managed entire acquisition process, due diligence and closing of the transaction. Shareholders have appointed Occam Real Eestate as asset manager for BCT1.
